“New, clean, comfortable and attractive hotel, right on beach. Pleasant surroundings and convenient location. Great sea view from my room. ”

“The breakfast was awesome. The workers were bringing fresh food out constantly and kids and adults could choose oatmeal, cereal to pancakes. The pool area includes lazy river, big pool and hot tub. Steps away from beach and ocean waves. Staff friendly and helpful and I saw many constantly picking up or mopping water up from the pool/beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas by pool. Tiki bar for drinks and food. Restaurants in walking distance as well as souvenir shops. Perfect place for families.”

“We were greeted by Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. He made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. He and Katelyn checked in with us via text daily, to be sure our stay was perfect. Valet was on point with car, and gave us great tips and ideas as we were coming and going. Hotel grounds were clean, staff was so friendly. Our room was a nice size, very clean and updated, with amazing views of the Gulf. Restaurants and shopping all next door....

“So, checking in and night one were hectic and chaotic. I get it's busy and spring break, but it is still very frustrating to have to deal with such issues. Trying to order pizza after a 15+ hour drive and having it not show up for over 2 hours when the time quoted was around a half hour. That's crazy—then to be lied to and say, "Oh, I tried this number on my cell" over and over, and I'm like, "What?" No, you didn't. Not one call was made until I gave y'all plenty of grace, and I called asking...
